We are pleased to consult on outline proposals for a new retirement village at land between the A165 and Filey Road, Scarborough.

It is anticipated that the development would provide a new residential care home of approximately 60 bedrooms, 2 apartment blocks comprising of a total of around 40 retirement apartments and approximately 78 assisted living homes. The vision for the site is to create a high-quality retirement village, that will be of low density, with large swathes of green space and new tree planting, to provide a beautiful place to live.
