The development will comprise a new retirement village, including a residential care home of approximately 60 bedrooms, 2 apartment blocks comprising of a total of around 40 retirement apartments and approximately 78 assisted living homes, with opens spaces, communal gardens and some local facilities.
The input of local residents is key in helping us prepare a planning application, influence the design, and inform any changes so that the development benefits everyone.
